Our Story
Jack & Rachel Bahler
Our bakery started with two siblings who share a love for baking. As brother and sister just one year apart, we grew up side by side and eventually turned that shared passion into something we could build together.
Rachel is a trained pastry chef who studied at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts and has worked professionally in Kelowna, BC and Edinburgh, Scotland. Developing a deep appreciation for traditional techniques and quality ingredients.
Jack has spent years working in multiple bakeries, gaining hands-on experience in bread baking and artisan production.
Together, we combine pastry and bread baking to create simple, well-made products using traditional methods and ingredients we’re proud of.
